Necogutz's meaning

Necogutz was born out of a desire of my mind to stray from the social media aspect of the internet. I've always considered myself an introverted person, the kind of person that licked her own wounds waiting for them to stitch themselves shut and always felt like an outsider whenever I was outside my own mind. I grew up alone: an isolated child, a solitary teenager, and a lonesome young adult as well; and in certain corners of my mind, I suppose I still am.

So, I’ve finally chosen to drift away once more and surrender to that blend of nostalgia and quiet hope for gentler days. It’s a strange sensation, like remembering the feeling of reading manga on an unbearably hot summer afternoon back in the early 2010s, where suddenly I’m a teenager again and Death Note feels like the greatest creation humanity ever produced.

This website holds everything I cherish: music, art, anime, the Internet itself, and even the more forbidden topics I adore exploring. This is me, and I am this place.
